The Clinical Reasrch Of Jianpi Xiaoban Tang With Notoginseng Powder To Treat Chronic Immune Thrombocytopenia

Objective:Observation Jianpi xiaoban tang with Notoginseng Powder in the treatment of Qi and Yin type two virtual chronic immune thrombocytopenia(CITP) in patients with clinical efficacy, preliminarily notoginseng powder in treating CITP possible mechanism of action.Methods:Selection in November 2013 to November 2014 in Shandong province hospital outpatient and hospitalization of 43 patients with CITP,were randomly divided into notoginseng group and control group, respectively give Jianpi xiaoban tang with notoginseng powder in combination with small dose of prednisone, Jianpi xiaoban tang in combination with small dose of prednisone treatment, a total of 6 months, observe clinical symptom and hematology indexes.The other 5 cases of normal person as blank group collecting.Results:Notoginseng group and the control group after treatment in patients with platelet count(PLT) were higher before treatment and reticulocyte platelet ratio(IFP) are lower,IFP negative correlation with the PLT,T cell subsets in the level of CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + were higher, the level of CD8 + is reduced. And notoginseng group effect is more apparent,comparing the two groups have significant difference(P < 0.01).Notoginseng group TCM syndrome(95.45%) than the control group(85.71%),notoginseng group comprehensive curative effect of the total effective rate was 90.91%, the control group was 80.95%, two groups have significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:By using traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi xiaoban tang and Jianpi xiaoban tang with notoginseng powder after treatment with Chinese traditional medicine, can improve the qi and Yin deficiency type chronic immune thrombocytopenia in patients with clinical symptoms and hematology indexes, combined with a more significant effect of notoginseng powder group.Prompt its mechanism may be related to the proportion of change in the peripheral blood T cell subsets level.
