Study Of Jianzhonglilao Decoction On Renal Fibrosis Of Chronic Renal Failure Rats Based On The Theory Of “Reinforcing Middle-energizer” To Treat Consumptive Disease In Jingui Yaolue

Firstly,the thesis classified and summarized the view of TCM and modern medicine about chronic renal failure from the perspective of literature. On the basis of the study, we explored therapy law of chronic renal failure on the theory of “Reinforcing Middle-energizer”to treat Consumption Disease in Jingui Yaolue.And then we researched further on the effect of treatment and mechanism of action about Jianzhonglilao Decoction on chronic renal failure.Objective: By observation the impact on chronic renal failure rats with different doses and different administration time,we clarified the mechanism of Jianzhonglilao Decoction with the expect to provide a scientific basis for the method of“Reinforcing Middle-energizer”for renal fibrosis and chronic renal failure. The study has important clinical significance in the prevention of chronic renal failure with TCM.Methods: All the model rats were divided randomly into seven groups: blank control group, model control group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction for preventionand intervention in high dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction for prevention and intervention in low dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction in high dose group, Jianzhonglilao Decoction in low dose group, Niaoduqing group. We used adenine lavage to establish the rat model of chronic renal failure. All groups were administered separately Jianzhonglilao Decoction, physiological saline,Niaoduqing.We observed the different indexes of model rats of different doses and different time and compared each group.Conclusion: Jianzhonglilao Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and the reduction of red blood cells and hemoglobin of model rats,and inhibit the overexpression of collagen I and collagen Ⅲ. But the effect of Jianzhonglilao Decoction on the expression of the transforming growth factorβis not clear.
