Objective:By comparing the ginseng turtle feed particles with recombinant human growth hormone, signs of SGA rats (body weight, body length, tail length), to observe the growth promoting effects of the two drugs, make sure the influence of the Shenguizhuzhang particles and recombinant human growth hormone on the bone metabolism indexes (BMD, IGF 1, BALP, OC), and discuss the role and impact of bone metabolism.Research methods:To adopt pregnant rat diet restriction, established the SGA rat model. Breastfeeding after 3 weeks, post weaning and ordinary feed feeding for 1 week, screening had no SGA-NCU SGA immature rat were randomly divided into rhGH group, the normal saline (NS) control group, high dose group, low dose group, Chinese traditional medicine high dose group, Chinese traditional medicine middle dose group, randomly selected suitable for gestational age (AGA) as normal control group. Drug intervention treatment, body length, body weight has been higher than that of the rest of the group, normal control group, significant difference (P<0.05).5 days before the medication, NS group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) high dose group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) middle dose group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) low dose group’s weight increase were all lower than normal control group (P<0.05), but growth in length, higher than the normal control group (P<0.05), RhGH group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) high dose group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) middle dose group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) low dose group’s body length was obviously higher than that of NS group (P<0.05). The seventh day, rhGH weight growth is higher than the normal control group and NS group (P<0.05). The 9th days, NS group and the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) began to appear growth accelerated, the weight gain is greater than the rest of the group (P< 0.05). The 11th day, rhGH group, the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) high dose group’s weight was obviously higher than that of NS group (P<0.05), normal control group body length, body weight significantly higher than the rest of the group (P<0.05).The 13th days, weight of rhGH group was obviously higher than that of normal control group (P<0.05).One final time after 24 hours (the 15th day) to measure each length, body weight and weight can be found hGH group was obviously higher than that of NS group (P<0.05), But each weight, body length growth, no obvious difference was found in all groups. Drug intervention during the treatment, and the total body length growth were lower than that of normal control group (P<0.05), and total body length growth of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) high dose group was obviously higher than that of the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) low/medium dose group (P <0.05). After drug intervention for 2 weeks, the serum BALP, IGF 1 and the level of OCN most closely related to body weight, body length of the immature rat, present positive correlation. Serum BALP concentration of the NS group was lower than that rhGH NS group (P<0.05), the normal group, the rhGH group, the traditional Chinese medicine high, medium and low dose group had no significant difference. And low dose group and traditional Chinese medicine serum concentrations of OCN compare to the rhGH group, the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group, low dose group, the significant was difference (P<0.05), the concentration of serum IGF-1 was lower than those of normal group, NS group, and had the significant difference (P<0.05). Clear difference between BMD (bone mineral density) group (P<0.05), normal control group were significantly better than the femoral BMD NS group (P<0.05), the rhGH group (P<0.05), the traditional Chinese medicine high dose group (P<0.001), the traditional Chinese medicine medium dose group (P<0.001), the traditional Chinese medicine low dose group (P<0.001), BMD of rhGH group was obviously higher than that of NS group and the traditional Chinese medicine dose, and between groups were femoral bone mineral content (BMC) similar results. Conclusion:Limiting dietary intake of pregnant rats cause small palace dysplasia can effectively establish gestational age model; For SGA pups, early growth hormone intervention therapy can effectively regulate GH-IGFs-IGFBPs axis promoting body growth and development; Traditional Chinese medicine spleen and kidney party-Shenguizhuzhang particles intervention therapy can increase bone quality, promote bone growth and development.
