Qiangli Pipa syrup is an effective expectorant which is made up of Traditional Chinese Medicines.The paper researches Folia eriobotryae,Pericarpium papaveris and Menthol with chromatography and chromatography-mass spectrum skills on the basis of previous studies and literatures to improve the quality standard of Qiangli Pipa syrup.The full text is divided into six chapters.The first chapter summarized the progress of the chemical compositions,pharmacological actions in Qiangli Pipa syrup.A method of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single-marker(QAMS) for simultaneously determining four triterpene acids with HPLC was established in the second chapter.The linear relationships:Maslinic acidy=8E+06x+8023.7(r=0.9996,0.0038-0.0671mg·mL-1Corosolic acid y=6E+06x-11923(r=0.9998,0.0099-0.0694mg·mL-1Oleanolic acid y=8E+06x+5523.2(r=0.9995,0.0060-0.0398mg·mL-1);Ursolic acid y=7E+ 06x+29.462(r=0.9998,0.0098-0.1953mg·mL-1).The average recoveries of Maslinic acid,Corosolic acid,Oleanolic acid and Ursolic acid were 97.79%(n=6,RSD=1.58%),104.70%(n=6,RSD=0.46%),103.44%(n=6,RSD-1.83%),97.98%(n=6, RSD=1.14%) respectively.Ursolic acid was used as the internal reference substance.The relative correlation factors(RCF)of Maslinic acid,Corosolic acid and Oleanolic acid to Ursolic acid were fMaslinic acid/Ursolic acid=0.9577,fcorosolic acid/Ursolic acid=1.1161,fOleanolic acid/Ursolic acid=0.8537.At last,UPLC was used to analyze the triterpenic acid in Qiangli Pipa syrup. UPLC has the advantages of little requirement of time and organic reagent and that of high sensitivity and accuracy. There was no significant difference between the results of UPLC and HPLC.A GC method for the determination of Menthol,Codeine Phosphate,Morphine and Papaverine hydrochloride in Qianglipipa syrup was established on Chapter III.The linear relationships:Mentholy=12467x-267.89(0.5096-10.1925mg,r=0.9995),Codeine Phosphatey=7826.9x-7.0693(0.5087-1.0175mg,r=0.9998),Morphiney=4559.4x+ 7.3308(0.0500-4.5030mg,r=0.9999),Papaverine hydrochloride y=6870.1x-8.7103(0.0103-0.9231mg,r=;0.9995).The average recoveries of Menthol,Codeine Phosphate,Morphine and Papaverine hydrochloride were 104.49%(n=6,RSD=1.68%),l 13.34%(n-6,RSD=5.47%),96.61%(n=6,RSD=3.79%),102.92%(n =6,RSD=1.28%).It was shown in Chapter V that Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC) was applied in pretreatment in Qiangli Pipa syrup. With the Menthol,Alkaloids and Three Terpene components as the evaluation index,the results showed that GPC could remove some impurities in the pretreatment process of three terpene constituents.The fifth chapter studied on the volatile components in Qiangli Pipa syrup. The solution extracted by ethyl acetate and volatile oil were separately analyzed by GC-MS. The method provided the basis for further study and quality control of Qiangli Pipa syrup.The sixth chapter established a quality standard and a method for the determination of Menthol,Codeine,Morphine,Papaverine,Maslinic acid,Corosolic acid,Oleanolic acid and Ursolic acid.At last I provided a reference for the quality control of Qiangli Pipa syrup.
