[Objective]Impacted tooth is one of the more common clinical malocclusion, oral cavity of patients with normal function and appearance have played a greater impact, can cause damage to the integrity of the arch, malocclusion, adjacent tooth root absorption. Arch of teeth can happen any ambush, due to the different racial, ethnic, and the survey, the prevalence of impacted teeth statistical results are not the same. Impacted teeth for precise positioning and choice of surgical treatment plan based on the path. Spiral CT can clearly show the location of impacted teeth and structural relationship with the surrounding tissue. In this study, the prevalence of impacted teeth further information rich, full use of the advantages of CBCT for ambush incisor position and anatomy of the root of the statistical analysis, and make analyzed factors affecting the length of treatment, in order to better to provide a theoretical basis and scientific guidance for clinical application.[Materials and Methods] Part Ⅰ:Orthodontics in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2014 for treatment of patients with 6348 cases,574 cases of patients with the diagnosis of impacted teeth for study, epidemiological study of its basic situation of gender, age, location and quantity.Part Ⅱ:the 193 patients,212 maxillary incisors as the research object, which CBCT images into DICOM format and enter Mimics software, its measurement and statistical analysis of the position of the root anatomy.Part Ⅲ:In 25 cases of maxillary incisors sprouting success guide patients for the study. Moe medication guide relationship analysis with the following factors:the maxillary canine cusp to fit plane distance (d); maxillary incisor angle of inclination angle (a); maxillary incisor vertical height; maxillary incisors angled crown and root number (β); age (Y).[Results] Impacted teeth in orthodontic patients prevalence was 9.04%, with the maxillary predilection, the highest prevalence of maxillary canine, more women than men.The maxillary incisors 44.04% inverted Impacted; 50.47% for labial ambush, the average distance of 1.13mm; 16.98% of the palatal ambush, the average distance of 2.01mm; 29.24% for the past in an ambush, the average distance for 4.35mm; 26.89% for distal ambush, the average distance of 3.33mm; the average distance to the jaw cusp plane is 7.5mm. Maxillary central incisor tooth root cause temporary absorption rate was 12.60%.Maxillary incisors sprouting medication guide d with age and positively correlated; root crown angled several smaller, more severe deformity, the more difficult traction; negative correlation with a.[Conclusion] In the orthodontic clinic patients, a higher prevalence of impacted teeth, especially the maxillary canine, suggesting orthodontist during the early treatment of patients should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of impacted teeth. The maxillary central incisor position changes in the larger, higher incidence of inverted ambush, causing the incidence of tooth root desorption Pro also higher, should arouse the attention of orthodontists.Location and the patient’s age. Maxillary incisors can provide an important basis for the prediction guide sprouting treatment.
