Giant Cell Tumor Of Limbs Long Bone The Curative Effect Of Surgical Treatment For Analysis

PurposeBy comparing the giant cell tumor of limbs long bone under different surgical treatment of limb functions, such as recurrence, progression, and metastasis, and discussed the relationship between the operative methods and curative effect, thus choose to provide the reference basis for surgical operation.MethodsThis article adopts the method of retrospective analysis, observe the yunnan province tumor hospital from January 1999 to December 1999 were the pathology diagnosed between 127 cases of patients with giant cell tumor of limbs long bone.By 1～121 months of follow-up (average 31.81±14.18 months), using the single factor analysis of variance, X2 test statistical methods such as comparing the relationship between the operative methods and clinical curative effect. Combined with the typical cases focus on the main technical points of the various surgical treatment and the advantages and disadvantages.ResultsThe five kinds of the postoperative efficacy of surgery for statistical analysis,recurrence (P:0.043), transfer (P:0.000), death (P:0.000), function (P:0.006) the indicators of P value is less than 0.05, with statistical significance.In limb salvage surgery,the excellent rate of operation Awas the highest (85.29%),but the recurrence rate (32.25%) is relatively high.For group B, the recurrence rate of C is relatively lower than that in group A, respectively 20.68%,4.55%, D group included the number of cases may be due to less, the recurrence rate was 40%.But the surgery B, C, D was also lower than group A operation,75.86%,72.72% and 60% respectively.The number of Limb-salvage surgery A、B、C、D in most,accounted for 97.64% of all surgical treatment,the transfer rate and the mortality rate was significantly lower than the amputation operation group.ConclusionGiant cell tumor is a kind of easy recurrence of tumor, it has a certain transfer rate and fatality rate.Five kinds of surgical treatment in this study, the transfer of amputation rate and mortality rates are the highest, and the probability of recurrence and excellent lowest probability.All in limb salvage surgery,Lesions shave their+inactivated tumor bed+bone graft/bone cement fillingwith excellent rate is the highest, but the recurrence rate is relatively high.The other limb salvage operation, bone transplantation、joint replacements、simple tumor resection, the differences between the three group the excellent rate is relatively small. Limb-salvage surgery done more,clinical curative effect is very good also.Most of the giant cell tumor of bone of patients after active surgical treatment, good recovery.Therefore, patients with preoperativeexamination and improve the assessment of the disease,individualizedtreatment,after surgery given regular treatment and active exercise, adhere to follow-up to prevent recurrence and pathological fracture,only in this way can get the best curative effect.
