The Treatment Effectiveness Of Refractory Immune Thrombocytopenia(ITP) With Modified Combination Immunosuppress Regimen

Aims:To observe the treatment effectiveness and safety of refractory ITP with modified immunosuppress regimen.Methods:Ten patients with refractory ITP were treated with modified regimen, The improved regimen consisting cyclophosphamide (0.3-1.0g, every 10 days,l-3doses), low doses Cyclosporin-A (2mg/kg/d), and low doses azathioprim (2mg/kg/d). Patients were followed up every month.Results:The response was observed in 5 patients, The regimen showed well toleranced.Conclusions:The modified regimen is effect for refractory ITP patients. It may be taken as one of an effective treatments for the refractory ITP.
