To Observe The Clinical Curative Effect Of Herbal Fumigation Plus Xiaoyin Umbilical Paste In The Treatment Of Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of herbal fumigation plus Xiaoyin umbilical paste in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups, each of 30 cases, treated with herbal fumigation plus Xiaoyin umbilical therapy, control group (German Waldmann company) UV100L narrow band UVB phototherapy irradiation, two groups were given vitamin E cream with a course of 12 weeks.Results:the treatment group before treatment PASI score was 18.21±3.22, after treatment for fourth,8 and 12 weeks were 16.55±3.37,11.58±4.15 and 6.76±2.18; the control group were 18.30±3.57,15.01±2.31,8.54±2.78 and 6.36±2.39 points. The treatment group and the control group after treatment in group PASI score are significantly lower than those before treatment (P< 0.01). After fourth weeks treatment score between the two groups was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); for 8 weeks and 12 weeks between the two groups score differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05). At the end of treatment, the treatment group was 90.0%,93.33% in the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Patients in the treatment group after treatment, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-levels were significantly lower than before treatment, which was significant before and after IL-8 treatment, TNF-a level difference (P< 0.05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation with silver navel stick elimination therapy, with psoriasis vulgaris curative effect and narrow spectrum 311 nm phototherapy treatment, side effects. After fumigation, the whole body bore, skin to open, more conducive to the absorption of drugs; By traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, improve skin resistance, greatly reduce the pure silver elimination umbilical treatment of local irritation reaction, at the same time reduces the use pure silver elimination umbilical paste dosage for the treatment of psoriasis. Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation joint silver navel stick elimination mechanism with psoriasis vulgaris can be effectively treated with lower TNF-a in the peripheral blood, IL-6, IL-8 levels, especially can effectively reduce the level of TNF-a, IL-8.
