Clinical Observation Of The Application Of Chinese Medicine Refining Agent Xiaoaiping Injection In Adjuvant Chemotherapy Of Esophageal/Gastric Cardia Cancer After Operation

Objective:Whether there are differences in short-term therapeutic effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine extractive of glaucescent fissistigma root xiaoaiping injection intervention chemotherapy in patients with digestive tract tumor after operation on, to provide a reference for clinical application.of Chinese medicine extract in anti cancer therapy.Methods:Select 60 cases of esophageal or cardiac cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy,put them into two groups:the control group and the observation group. The control group:according to the postoperative pathological chemotherapy regimen,Esophageal squamous carcinoma:TPF scheme;Cardia adenocarcinoma:FOLFOX4 scheme or XELOX scheme.The observation group:according to the basic principle of treatment for control group chemotherapy,starting the day before the initiation of chemotherapy intravenous infusion of xiaoaiping injection, daily 60ml, end use to chemotherapy drug.Use granulocyte JiLa stimulating factor to improve the level of white blood cells as treatment significantly lower blood appear white blood cells. Use tropisetron symptomatic treatment as response the digestive tract. Conventional give protect liver and nutrition support treatment. Observe patients chemotherapy process poisoning and quality of life,side effects such as cellular immunity changes.Results:Two groups of patients before and after the treatment in the assessment of the quality of life (KPS score) compared to control group before and after treatment, KPS score decreased, but no significant difference (P>0.05) before and after treatment, the observation group increased, have significant differences (P<0.05), two groups of patients after the treatment to compare the changes, have significant differences (P<0.05).The two groups were compared the treatment of neutropenia, diarrhea, constipation, lower hemoglobin, no significant difference (P>0.05), but in comparison with the white blood cell reduction,red blood cell reduction and nausea and vomiting, have significant differences (P<0.05).The two groups before and after treatment in patients with cases, tongue color change in control group with no significant difference (P>0.05), tongue color change in observation group with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Conventional chemotherapy combined with xiaoaiping injection has the remarkable difference to the esophageal/gastric cardia cancer after operation in patients with improved quality of life, reduce the toxic side effects of chemotherapy and the tongue color change effect, influence on cellular immunity in patients with improved, but no significant difference.
