| Objectives:Trigeminal Somatosensory evoked potentials(TSEP)detection method was applied to clinical diagnosis of dry eye without blepharospasm patients, clinical diagnosis of blepharospasm patients with sex and age matched normal without eye disorder cortex parts record more research, compare the three detect the changes in the central components of numerical, analytical pure patients with dry eye and blepharospasm patients with intracranial trigeminal sensory changes in the excitability of each part of the pathway of nuclei, and to explore whether TSEP can as an early screening and diagnosis of patients with blepharospasm objective indicators.Methods:20 cases of normal control group(â… ), up to the standard of diagnosis and in 20 patients with dry eyes(â…¡), up to the standard of diagnosis and incorporated into blepharospasm patients with or without mouth jaw dystonia with 20 cases(â…¢), between the three groups by sex, age, education level matching principle. Respectively on three groups of multipoint record trigeminal somatosensory evoked cortical potential detection, the interpeak latency of C( 5,6)N13-P19ã€P19-N30, F(5,6)N13’-P19’ã€P19’-N30’and the interpeak amplitude of C( 5,6) N13/P19ã€P19/N30, F(5,6)N13’/P19’ã€P19’/N30’are compared between the three groups. Analyze the index mentioned above among the three groups.Among the three group of C( 5,6) sites, the records of the interpeak latency of N13-P19ã€P19-N30,shows no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05).The interpeak amplitudes of group â…¡ P19/N30 were higher than group â… ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), The interpeak amplitudes of N13/P19 are compared between the group â…¡and â… ,there was no significant difference in statis tics(P>0.05). The interpeak amplitudes of group â…¢ N13/P19ã€P19/N30 were higher than group â… ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), The interpeak amplitudes of group â…¢ N13/P19 〠P19/N30 were higher than group â…¡,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the three group of F(5,6)sites, the records of the interpeak latency of N13’-P19’ã€P19’-N30’,shows no significant difference in statistics(P>0.05). The interpeak amplitudes of N13’/P19’ã€P19’/N30’are compared between the group â…¡and â… ,there was no significant difference in statis tics(P>0.05). The interpeak amplitudes of group â…¢ N13’/P19’ã€P19’/N30’ were higher than group â… ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), The interpeak amplitudes of group â…¢ N13’/P19’ã€P19’/N30’ were higher than group â…¡,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. TSEP patients with blepharospasm, pons, thalamus, basal ganglia, the primary sensory cortex, the nuclei of auxiliary motor cortex excitability are increased.2. TSEP patients with dry eyes, thalamus, basal ganglia, nuclei of auxiliary motor cortex excitability are increased.3. The pathogenesis of dry eyes for blepharospasm may exist together.4. TSEP may can serve as one of the first screening the objective index of blepharospasm. |
