Objectives:To investigate the clinical features of tigecycline-resistant klebsiella pneumoniae (TRKp) and the related risks.Methods:Analysis the related data of the64cases whom was diagnosed TRKp in our hospital between December2012to May2014.Results:183cases were collected in the stury,64cases (35.0%) were TRKp. The average age of TRKp cases60.5±17.6years old and the median length of hospital stay was37days.71.9%of the TRKp patients was diagnosed with pulmonary infection,57.8%of the TRKp patients were treated with carbapenems,57cases (89.1%) were performed urethral catheter,19cases (29.7%) was diagnosed with cerebrovascular disease. Conclusions:The study showed that TRKp was related with the length of hospital stay, infection site, antibiotics, invasive operation and basic diseases, so it is necessary to prevent the risk factors which can reduce the occurrence rate of TRKp.
