Prognosis And Detection Of Serum Brain Natriuretic Peptide Levels In The Cardiac Cerebral Infarction And No-cardiac Cerebral Infarction

ObjectiveTo explore the differences of the brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) levels in cardiac cerebral infarction (CCI) and no-cardiac cerebral infarction (NCCI) detection result, to assess the clinical value of serum BNP level to identify cerebral infarction type, and analyze the prognosis of patients with two groups, to provide the reference for the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction assessment.MethodsUse retrospective analysis, we selected67cases of acute cerebral infarction patients treated in our hospital as the research object, All patients were diagnosed cerebral infarction by skull CT or MRI.According to the parting TOAST cerebral infarction subtypes classification standard is divided into26patients with CCI and41cases of patients with NCCI, and compare the two groups of patients with test results of BNP levels(within24h and14days after admission), record the Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score before treatment; Record the United States National Institute of Health stroke scale (NIHSS),Activities of daily living scale(ADLS) score and Menopause rating scale (MRS) score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment; And use SPSS19.0package for statistical analysis.ResultsThe BNP level of CCI group had a significantly higher than NCCI group (P<0.05); The1week,2weeks,4weeks NIHSS of the CCI group is significantly higher than NCCI group (P<0.05). The1week,2weeks,12weeks ADLS of the CCI group is significantly lower than NCCI group (P<0.05); The1week,2weeks,12weeks MRS of the CCI group is significantly higher than NCCI group (P<0.05). The NIHSS, ADLS, MRS score and score changes of CCI group is clear difference compared compared with NCCI group, it’s significant statistical significance (P<0.05). This research shows that the surgical treatment group had a significantly higher serum BNP level than non-surgical treatment group (P<0.05); The serum BNP level of Death patients was significantly higher than patients without death (P<0.05).Conclusion1.The difference of Serum BNP level of CCI group and NCCI group in acute phase was significantly the serum level of BNP,CCI and NCCI may be the early identification of a serum index.2.Serum BNP Level is closely related with the size of cerebral infarction,the severity of the disease.3.Provide reference for the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction assessment.
