With the rapid development of medical instruments, bio-electrical detection technology takes a very important position in the development of biomedical domain. At present, the treatment effectiveness evaluation of radio-frequency lesion generator (RFG) depends on the oral dictate of patients and later response. However, the feedback is slowly and there are deviations. To a great degree, it impacts on the performance of the RFG. The purpose of this paper is to study the discrepancy of radio-frequency lesions therapy in the abnormal biological tissues before and after. According to the discrepancy, we analyze the treatment effectiveness of the REG instantly and improve the performance of the RFG.In this paper, we develop a precise and usable biological electrical signal evaluation system based on bio-electrical acquisition technology and the analysis of its development situation. Three main tasks are involved in the paper.First of all, hardware electric circuit of bio-electrical evaluation system is designed based on the bio-electrical signal detection technique. Bio-electricity signal is extremely weak and easily to get interfered. Therefore, it raises higher requirements on the circuits in terms of sensitivity, common mode rejection, anti-interference, etc. In this paper, high-precision digital signal processing circuit is used to improve system stability and accuracy. In order to improve safety and reliability of the system, signal isolation and power isolation is used in the circuit. Variable gain amplifier is used to improve the range of the signal which is detected and the accuracy of the system.Then, the embedded-software is designed based on hardware electric circuits. We develop the embedded-software based on IAR6.5and C programming language, aiming to achieve the goal of signal sampling and transmitting, system controlling, etc.Finally, PC software system is designed and programmed. The PC software can provide abundant display results based on the powerful data processing function of PC. It facilitates the system debugging and users application, lead the whole system to be a better user experience. The bio-electrical signal evaluation model is proved to perform with high-precision, high stability and good man-machine interface, and basically achieved the requirement.
