Objective:To observe the clinical pathological features, histological characteristics and expression in immunohistochemical marker of basal-like breast cancer, based on histology and combined with the immunohistochemical expression,in order to increasing the understanding ability of the pathology diagnosis and biological behavior of the basal-like breast cancer. Methods:To collected Yijishan hospital, of Wannan Medical Colloge 1000 cases of invasive breast carcinoma, detected the expression of immunohistochemical marker at ER,PR,CK5/6 and EGFR.To judge with ER, PR, C-erb B-2 triple negative and to combine of CK5/6 and / or EGFR positive, selected the basal-like breast carcinoma in 120 cases for the observation group and the non-basal-like breast carcinoma in 100 cases as control group. To summarize the clinical data of two groups of cases, observed the tumor tissue morphological characteristics and expression in immunohistochemical marker.Statistical analysis was performed on the data using SPSS17.0 statistical software and using χ2 test to compare the BLBC group and non BLBC group.Results:(1)BLBC group combined with non BLBC group on age, gender, tumor growth in left or right and the tumor size of these clinical characteristics and general characteristics of comparisons. There were not statistical significance(p≥0.05),namely the two groups in these areas have no obvious difference.(2)To observe the histological grade of group BLBC under the microscope and tocompare with the other group was higher, above all in class II and most in class III.There were statistical significance(p<0.05),so the two group in the histological grading of the tumors were differences.BLBC malignant degree was higher. The tumors showed sheets of rich-cells, thick ribbon, crumby and nested. The tumors showed solid architecture with no tubule formation and a high density of tumor cells with scant intervening stroma between tumor cells.Beside invasive growth pattern, the majority of tumors showed a pushing pattern. Most tumors had some degree of a stromal lymphocytic in filtrate at the tumor edge. The tumor showed sheets and associated central geographic necrosis and showed a central acellular fibrotic zone. The tumor cells contained scant cytoplasm and round to oval nuclei producing a high nuclear|cytoplasmic ratio and showed syncytial growth.A high mitotic rate was identified in all tumors. The comparison of morphological tissue characteristics has statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:BLBC group and non-BLBC group are significantly different from biological characteristics and unique morphological characteristics.BLBC a high degree of heterogeneity malignant breast tumor was separated from genetic phenotype.
