Objective: Anorectal postoperative voiding observation summarizes factors and variation of postoperative dysuria; clinical intervention in patients with dysuria, and promote successful rehabilitation patients.Methods: Select 300 cases of anorectal patients, detailed observation after urination, urination fill postoperative observation table, postoperative voiding difficulties in conducting clinical interventions and patient records.Results: The clinical study was to show that 300 cases of anorectal surgery patients, with varying degrees of difficulty urinating 162 cases, accounting for 54%, 38 patients underwent catheterization, accounting for 12.67%. All of the subjects for the first time all the time urination within 12 h, of which 276 cases occurred in 6h~8h, accounting for 92%. Anesthesia causes difficulty in urination, anal pain and anal stuffing is the most important factor, difficulty urinating after surgery and anal pain, oppressive local stuffing cause a positive correlation. In addition to clinical outcomes in patients with catheterization interventions for 9 cases, effective 63 cases, 22 cases of obvious significant 30 cases, total effective rate was 70.99%.Conclusion: Anesthesia factors, anal pain and pressure in the anal stuffing cause is the most important factor leading to difficulty urinating anorectal surgery, both independent effect, but also create synergies. Timely and effective clinical interventions can significantly reduce the incidence of urinary retention, bladder function recovery after a positive effect.
