Objective: By releasing Trigger points with acupotomy to treat Myofascial Pain Syndrome in clinical research, establish a standard operation, good curative effect, easy to promote a new scheme for the treatment of Myofascial Pain Syndrome.For the study of the acupotomy therapy of chronic pain of soft tissue provide new ideas and methods.Method: This topic filtering shoulder-arm Myofascial Pain Syndrome in patients with 60 cases. Treatment group, 30 cases were randomly divided into acupotomy treatment group for 7 days once, 2 times for one course of treatment.Acupuncture control group were 30 cases, for one time in 2 days, 7 times as a course of treatment.Treatment before and after, the treatment visual analogue scale(VAS) and Roland ~ Morris dysfunction questionnaire scores must be recorded,Then do statistical analysis.Results: the treatment group effective rate was 96.7%, the control group effective rate was 83.3%. Compare the before and after treatment scores of both groups’ s visual analogue scale(VAS) and Roland ~ Morris dysfunction questionnaire. It had very significant difference(P < 0.01), and the treatment group was superior to the control group. Two groups of patients after treatment, the VAS score and Roland ~ Morris dysfunction questionnaire scores were very significant differences,In the aspect of clinical efficient and the cure rate, two groups have significant difference, and the needle knife group is better than acupuncture group.Tip two treatment methods to improve the symptoms of patients with pain and dysfunction has significant curative effect, and the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Acupotomy therapy to shoulder-arm MPS can obviously improve the clinical curative effect, and is superior to traditional acupuncture.The curative effect is distinct, found no obvious side effects and adverse reactions, worthy of clinical application. This article also discusses the modern medicine with myofascial pain syndrome that is, under the guidance of TCM theory of jingjin and the Ah Shi point, and this study also confirmed that acupuncture also have significant curative effect for the treatment of myofascial pain syndrome.
