Compound Brucea Javanica-Fumigation Decoction In The Treatment Of Multiple Plantar Warts Clinical Observation And Preliminary Study On Its Mechanism

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of compound Brucea Javanica-Fumigation Decoction in treating multiple plantar warts, and to explore its mechanism.Methods: Choose 60 cases of verruca plantaris patients, treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group, the treatment group was given compound Brucea Javanica-Fumigation Decoction combined with Yupingfeng particles, Adapalene Gel treatment, control group using hot fumigation combined with Yupingfeng particles, adapalene therapy, 2 weeks to 1 course of treatment, observation of 3 courses, before and after the treatment of integral changes in statistical treatment, the curative effect comparison of different methods for treating multiple plantar warts, and determination of value in patients newly diagnosed and 6 weeks of T cell subsets, and probe into the mechanism of compound Brucea Javanica-Fumigation Decoction combined with Yupingfeng particles, Adapalene Gel on plantar wart.Results: The treatment group in the treatment of multiple verruca plantaris cure rate and total efficiency were 50%, 96.67%, significantly better than the control group 10%, 73.33%, two groups had statistical significance(P<0.01). The two groups before treatment in patients with CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ ratio is lower than the normal, CD8+ compared to the normal level is high, the decrease of CD8+ level after treatment, the other value increased, there was significant difference before and after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion: compound Brucea Javanica-Fumigation Decoction combined with Yupingfeng particles, Adapalene Gel therapy has a good clinical curative effect, less side effect, low recurrence rate, also can play a role in regulating immune function, it is worth further research, popularization.
