Research On Effects On Clinical Symptoms And Airway Inflammatory Levels By Combined Xiao Qing Long Decoctions

Object: To treat acute exacerbation asthma patients with combined Xiao Qing Long decoctions and compare lung function tests, fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FENO) and ACQ7 score before exacerbation and after treatment in order to figure out whether combined Xiao Qing Long decoctions is of great benefit to the improvement of clinical symptoms and airway inflammatory infiltration.Methods:To classify patients who are in accordance with diagnostic criterion of asthma in GINA and with diagnostic criterion of cold asthma in traditional Chinese medicine into treatment group and control group. Both groups contain 30 samples. In control group,average age of 42.30±11.78 years. Utilize combined Xiao Qing Long decoctions as therapy for treatment group for 2 weeks. In control group,average age of 41.80±10.30 years. And utilize glucocorticoid therapy for control group for two weeks: inhalation Ventolin Aerosol(1-2spray /per inhalation,if necessary,inhaled once every 4-8hours), and joint aspiration seretide(50μg/250μg)(one spray /per inhalation, twice a day). Collect basic information of patients such as age, sex, lung function test, FeNO and ACQ7 score before treatment and after treatment and use this information to undergo statistic analysis.Results: There was no significant difference between(1) before and after the treatment group and the control group of patients with pulmonary FEVl level group,there was a significant difference(P <0.05) in the treatment group and the comparison group of patients lung function FEVl level groups.(2) There was no significantdifference between the treatment group and the control group in patients with pulmonary FEVl% level group before and after treatment, there was a significant difference(P <0.05) comparing patients in the treatment group and the control group FEVl% lung function level group. There are rooms(3) before and after the control group and the control group of patients FENO level group significant difference in the treatment group FENO levels were significantly lower than the control group FENO levels(P <0.05), are more within the treatment group and the control group of patients FENO level group significant differences(P <0.05).(4) in the treatment group and the control group of patients ACQ7 have before and after treatment between the level of groups significant differences in the treatment group ACQ7 scored significantly lower than the control group ACQ7 score, treatment and control groups ACQ7 There was a significant difference(P within a horizontal group <0.05).Conclusion:Clinical studies showed that combined Xiao Qing Long decoctions in improving asthma symptoms, syndrome is better than western medicine. In FeNO,ACQ7 scale scores,treatment group is better than the pure western group effect remarkably. In improving aspects of lung function, the treatment group and control group are of no significant differences.
