A Clinical Curative Effect Observation On Mild And Moderate Alzheimer’s Disease Of Phlegm Turbidity Type Treated By Yizhi Xingnao Fang

Objective:Observe clinical curative effect on mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease of marrow sea insufficency type treated by Yizhi Xingnao Fang.Methods:According to random number table method, the 60 cases of patients who are suffering with mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease of marrow sea insufficency type was divided into observation group and control group, each group including 30 cases (After the test completed,51 patients leave behind because of the case fall off with observation group of 26 cases, control group 25 cases).The control group was given donepezil HCL (aricept) routine oral treatment, while the observation group given Yizhi Xingnao Fang on the basis of the control group medication treatment, then observe the total course 12 weeks. Before and after every 4 weeks’s treatment, each observation records patients ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADL, SDSD scores.Results:1. The observation group can obviously reduce the patients with mild and moderate AD ADAS-Cog, MMSE, ADL scores (p< 0.05), but the difference compared with control group is no significant statistical significance(P> 0.05);2. Observe group can obviously reduce marrow sea insufficency of know-how in patients with mild and moderate AD syndromes (SDSD) score, and is better than control group when improves the situation (p< 0.05);3. The observation group and control group have no significant difference in cognitive function in clinical efficient statistical significance (p> 0.05);4. The observation group of clinical syndromes effectiveness is higher than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant (p< 0.05).Conclusion:1. The clinical curative effect on mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease of marrow sea insufficency type treated by Yizhi Xingnao Fang is certain;2. Mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease of marrow sea insufficency type treated by Yizhi Xingnao Fang can improve cognitive function and life ability of patients, but there is no significant difference compared with the curative effect when use aricept alone;3. Mild and moderate Alzheimer’s disease of marrow sea insufficency type treated by Yizhi Xingnao Fang can significantly improve the patient’s traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, and the effect is better than that of single use Aricept.
