Effect Of Primary Total Knee Arthroplasty After The Application Of Low Molecular Weigh Heparin On Postoperative Blood Loss During The Perioperative Period

Objective:To observe the influence of primary total knee arthroplasty after the application of low molecular weight heparin anticoagulant for blood loss.Methods:From September 2013 to October 2014, 72 cases of patients received initial Link Gemini MK II artificial knee joint prosthesis of total knee arthroplasty for knee joint replacement of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, including male 20 cases, female 52 cases; age 50 to 78 years, average 64.31 and 7.34 years old,All patients were randomly divided into two groups(treatment group and control group). Preoperative checking blood routine test, blood biochemistry, blood coagulation function, etc;and recording hemoglobin and hematocrit, amount of bleeding, blood transfusion amount In the operation. Postoperative placing two drainage tubes in the incision, after Connecting a Autologous blood transfusion device. According the patient’s drainage flow within 6 hours to autologous blood transfusioning.After 6 hours in the treatment group patients application of low molecular weight heparins calcium injection(Wan Mai shu) Q12 H anticoagulation, control group patients postoperative application of low molecular weight heparins calcium injection(Wan Mai shu) QD anticoagulation, postoperative treatment and other treatment are the same.After 48 hours reviewing blood routine test and recording hemoglobin and hematocrit, according to the record data to calculate the total blood loss, dominant blood loss and hidden blood loss.Result:The treatment group 36 cases and control group 36 cases patients perioperative blood loss situation through statistical analysis,the patients in the treatment group and the control that peri operation period patient group total blood loss were: 844.58 + 211.27(ML)and 719.36 + 279.26(ML), P=0.035<0.05. Namely: differences between the two groups were significant. Two groups of patients with dominant blood loss were 577.36 + 177.65(ML)and 482.78 + 187.6(ML), P=0.031<0.05, differences between the two groups were significant.The hidden blood loss were 267.22(ML) + 145.36 and 236.58 +145.63(ML), P=0.375 > 0.05, namely: difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:Application of low molecular weight heparins calcium injection(Wan Mai shu) increase dosage as well as increase the postoperative blood loss.
