The Clinical Research Of Herbal Medicine YiQiTiaoQi Tang On Subjects With Diabetic Cystopathy

Objective: Study the clinical treatment effect and mechanism of action of Chinese patent drug “YiQi TiaoQi Tang” on diabetic cystopathy.Methods: There were 80 patients who were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group has 40 cases. The two groups were given the conventional therapy. And treatment group was given YiQi TiaoQi Tang, the control group was given Mecobalamin Tablets. During eight weeks’ time of observation, the main observation indicators are clinical symptoms, blood sugar, blood lipids, glycated hemoglobin and the bladder residual urine volume.Results: As a result, the treatment group’s clinical symptoms have significant improment, and the effective rate is 85.00 percent; the bladder residual urine volume has obvious decrease; triglycerides, total cholesterol and low density lipoprotein show significant improvement over the previous and has obvious difference compared with the control group. And fasting and two hours postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin have no significant improvement. During the test, the observation indicators of security have no abnormal.Conclusion: The clinical treatment effect of YiQi TiaoQi Tang on diabetic cyst opathy is significant. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms; decrease th e bladder residual urine volume, reduce the occurrence of urinary retention; decreas e blood lipids. It can improve the quality of life of patients and has safety on dru g. The application of Chinese medicine treatment of diabetic cystopathy has signific ant effect and broad prospects.
