Objective: a retrospective analysis of artificial joint replacement in patients with preoperative ESR, CRP, studies the influence factors of preoperative elevated ESR and CRP and fever, recent infection after artificial joint replacement. Methods: a retrospective analysis on November 1, 2013- January 30, 2015 lines of 161 cases of artificial joint replacement patients medical records, records of patients with gender, age, primary disease, other diseases, and surgery, postoperative day to 10 days after surgery or to before discharge in patients with the highest temperature of every day, record the recent presence of infection happens(lung infection, urinary infection, superficial wound infection, infection around prosthesis, etc.), and correlation analysis. Results: 69 patients with preoperative elevated ESR, 51 patients with elevated CRP, ESR and CRP are elevated in patients with 43 cases of patients with preoperative elevated ESR and CRP accounted for 47.83% of the total number. Rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, femoral neck fracture is the main cause of preoperative elevated ESR and CRP. Respiratory system diseases is related factors for preoperative elevated ESR(P < 0.05), coronary heart disease and preoperative correlated with the increase of ESR and CRP(P < 0.05). Postoperative fever have significant correlation with sex, age(P < 0.05), compared with preoperative ESR, CRP, the occurrence of postoperative blood transfusion status, infection, no significant correlation(P > 0.05). Postoperative infection condition of preoperative patients with elevated ESR and CRP, but can not fully explain the must have an impact on the rise of postoperative infection, may be associated with the patient’s own illness. Conclusion: preoperative elevated ESR and CRP joint replacement surgery patients, under the condition of fully antibiotic treatment feasible surgical therapy, but should pay attention to the occurrence of femoral neck in patients with lung infection and rheumatoid arthritis, diabetes patients with obesity blade.
