The Method "Ziyinjianghuo" In The Treatment Of SLE Curative Effect Evaluationand The Influence Of IL-10 And IL-18

Objective Study the expression level of interleukin 10(IL-10),interleukin 18(IL-18) in PBMCs of SLE patients ,Analysis the treatment situation of the method of "ziyinjianghuo"with glucocorticoids in the patients who are Yin deficiency with internal Heat., observe the immunological variation of expression level of cell factors IL-10 and IL-18, and study the clinical manifestation changes, then analysis the improvements of quality of life after treatment , finally we discuss the immunological pathogenesis of SLE in order to lay a solid foundation for further clinical application of the method combining traditional Chinese and western medicine.MethodsTest the cytokines IL-10,IL-18 of SLE patients combining the traditional Chinese and western medicine and SLE patients only with western medicine by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).And observe the expression changes of the clinical symptoms and the laboratory of cell factors IL-10 and IL-18 of treatment group and control group before and after treatment.Results1. Compared with the western medicine group,the Chinese and western medicine combined group improved significantly in the derivations of the SLEDAE and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and the resuts were statistically significant(p<0.05)2. Compared with the western medicine group,there was a postive correlation between IL-10, IL-18 and the derivations of the SLEDAE in the Chinese and western medicine combined group after treatment,and the resuts were statistically significant(p<0.05)3. Compared with the western medicine group,the expression of IL-10,IL-18 decreased more greatly after treated with glucocorticoids and the method "Ziyinjianghuo" in the Chinese and western medicine combined group,and the resuts were statistically significant(p<0.05)Conclusions1. Chinese and western medicine combined and only western medicine can both improve the SLE condition obviously,but the method "Ziyinjianghuo" can significantly improve the disease condition and the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine of the patiens who are yin deficiency with internal.2. There was a postive correlation between IL-10, IL-18 and the derivations of the SLEDAE which indicated that the level of IL-10 and IL-18 can reflect the activity degree of SLE.3. When treated with glucocorticoids and the method "Ziyinjianghuo",the level of cell factor IL-10 and IL-18 in yin deficiency with internal pantient decreased more than treated only with glucocorticoids.
