The System Analysis Method Under The Combined Effect Of NANOG And CTLA-4 In The Weighted Youden Index Estimation

The papaer collect data about NANOG and CTLA-4 protein in biomedical rese-arch,and using the method of weighted Youden index to improve the combined effect of the amount of the use of statistical software model,flnally through the new model to obtain the relationship between NANOG with CTLA-4 about gastric cancer tumor cells and analysis of drug effect with respect to the strength of the Ipilimumab surgical therapy the traditional method in the treatment of melanoma in the process of improvement.In the improved method in the assumption that specificity are independent of each other and obey th-e two distribution. The construction quantity estimation method with weighted Youden index difference effect in the rando-m effects model is estimated using weighted least squares method.Finally using Mont-e Carlo statistical simulation performance comparison of various methods.The data acquisition and analysis by PubMed, Medlin, Chinese biomedical literature database (CBM), CNKI, VIPand Wanfang database using the same search strategy (key-words:Nanog, CTLA-4, cancer, randomized,controlled Nanog and CTLA-4) to collect all relevant diagnostic tests, were manually searched in the latest journalwith two kinds of search results; data extraction and quality assessment of the application of the QUADAS qualityevaluation standard, using RevMan analysis software system analysis by using the improved method, we want todraw the conclusion.The final results show that,the improved method of weighted index under the improve combined effect of the amount of Youden,a highperformance statistics.The new model for statistical data, obtained with NANOG gastric cancer cells,different staging of gastric cancer and gastric cancer cell system stasis has a strong correlation,and analysis the four groups of CTLA-4 alleles associated with gastric cancer,the final analysis of Ipilimumab compared to the traditional operation therapy has a more pronounced effect.
