In this thesis, a continuous countercurrent extraction technology was used to replace the traditional percolation extraction process for production of Agui nourishing particles. Comparing with traditional extraction, the use of new technologies could bring higher leaching speed, higher extraction efficiency, and lower power consumption.The new technology would improve the technological content of products and reduce production costs. The optimizing process parameters were the ratio of solid to liquid 1:8,ethanol concentration 60%, extraction time 30 min and extraction temperature 40.Furthermore, the cyclodextrin inclusion technology can improve the preparation process.The optimizing process parameters were: oil/- cyclodextrin 1:10, inclusion temperature40, ethanol to oil 20%, and inclusion 1h. The new production technology effectively improves the taste and quality of product, and enhances the market competitiveness of products.In the experiments, we have chosen ferulic acid, paeoniflorin and astragaloside as index components to establish the standard method for controlling quality of Agui nourishing particles. The effective ingredients of Agui nourishing particles were determined by HPLC. The results of tests showed that the content limit of products were:bag containing angelica root ferulic acid(C10H10O4), shall not be less than 0.5mg;containing peony paeoniflorin(C23H28O11) dollars, shall not be less than 3.5mg;Astragalus to Astragaloside(C41H58O14), shall not be less than 100 g. The results of experiments indicted that the analytic method is simple and accurate. The analytic method can be used in quality control of particle Agui nourishing. In addition the other inorganic elements were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry. The action mechanism of Fe for enriching blood in the prescription was studied.The efficacy, long-term toxicology and acute toxicity of products, which produced by new process, were investigated. Aim of the tests was to ensure the effectiveness andsafety of pharmaceutical which produced by new process.
