[Objective] to understand the NBAS-APS model of adult patients with analgesic effect after tonsillectomy, eating time for the first time, the evening sleep time, postoperative hospitalization days and the influence of the complication rates, and for the standardization of the tonsil adult patients with postoperative pain management to provide the reference.[Methods] to wuxi fourth people’s hospital otolaryngology-head and neck surgery of the lower bilateral amygdala had 61 cases of resection of adult patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Control group with routine postoperative care, experimental group patients with routine postoperative care and NBAS-APS model on postoperative pain management, compared two groups of patients with postoperative analgesia effect, the feeding time and date for the first time that night sleep time, postoperative hospitalization days and the incidence of complications.[Results] the amygdala immediately after operation,1 h,3 h,6 h,12 h,24 h(score):the analgesic effect of resting state, the experimental group NRS score in the order::2.2±1.8, 1.4±1.0,1.3±1.1,1.2±1.0,0.8±0.7,0.5±0.6, the control group NRS score in the order:2.6±1.6, 2.6±1.6,2.7±1.7,2.6±1.8,1.8±1.4,1.4±1.2; Swallowing condition, the experimental group NRS score in the order:3.9±2.3,2.5±1.4,2.0±0.8,1.9±0.9,1.5±0.9,1.4±0.9, the control group NRS score in the order:4.7±2.2,4.7±2.2,5.0±2.1,5.0±1.8,3.0±1.4,2.6±1.1, experimental analgesic effect was better than control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). For the first time after the meal time(h):the experimental group was 6.4±2.6, the control group was 13.8±10.1, the experimental group feeding time is earlier than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Day night sleep(d):experimental group was 5.3±0.9, the control group was 4.4±1.1, the experimental group than the control group, difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Postoperative hospitalization days(d):the experimental group was 4.0±1.1, the control group was 4.3±1.4, there was no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05).Postoperative complications:the experimental group and control group were complications postoperatively, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05).[conclusion] the NBAS-APS model can effectively alleviate the adult tonsil postoperative pain, helps to eat early, increasing day night sleep, improve sleep quality, improve comfort, increase patient satisfaction.
