| Objective:Based on Chinese medicine treatment group, rhGH treatment group and the blank control group before and after treatment of observation indexes of analysis, objectively evaluate the curative effect of ginseng turtle feed particles, provide effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy for the majority of children with ISS.Methods:Selected children with idiopathic short disease of Jiangsu province hospital pediatric outpatient in 90 cases, divided into Chinese medicine treatment group, rhGH treatment group and the blank control group,30 cases in each group, givescorresponding medication to treatment group respectively,three groups all cooperate with aerobic exercise prescription.3 months for a period of treatment, treatment of 2 course of treatment. Measuring height, body weight, bone age and osteocalcin level and the security indexes before and after treatment. Calculating the growth rate (GV) and height standard deviation value difference (ΔHtSDS), predict adult height difference (ΔPAH), osteocalcin (OC) level before and after the treatment,and filling in the clinical observation of quantitative table at the same timeResults:(1)Ginseng turtle feed particles in the treatment of children with idiopathic dwarfism total effective rate was 66.67%, the comparison of the indicators after treatment:growth rate (GV) before the treatment (4.38±0.47) cm increase to (7.97±0.51) cm,before and after treatment are statistically significant (P<0.01); Predict adult height before the treatment (159.59±6.85) cm increase to (163.99±6.61) cm, significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05); Height standard deviation value before the treatment (-2.52±0.2) to (-2.26±0.18), before and after treatment are statistically significant (P<0.05), osteocalcin levels before the treatment (60.53±14.94) ng/ml increased to (73.4±15.68)ng/ml, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant difference (P<0.01).(2)Traditional Chinese medicine treatment group compared with rhGH treatment group:the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group total effective rate is lower than rhGH treatment group, two groups of the total efficacy rate (X2= 4.81, P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant. Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment growth rate (GV), height standard deviation value difference (ΔHtSDS), predict adult height difference (ΔPAH) are lower than rhGH treatment group, compared statistically significant (P<0.05); In the two groups after treatment bone age (BA), osteocalcin (OC) level is no statistical difference (P> 0.05).(3) Chinese medicine treatment group compared with blank control group:effective Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously higher than that of blank control group (X2=11.38, P <0.05) and significant difference; Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment growth rate (GV), height standard deviation value difference (ΔHtSDS), predict adult height difference (ΔPAH), the level of osteocalcin (OC) were higher than blank control group, compare statistically significant (.P<0.05); And the two groups after treatment of bone age (BA) is no statistical difference (P>0.05).(4) TCM clinical symptom integral comparison:three groups before treatment with traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom integral is no statistical difference (P>0.05), comparable; Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment before clinical symptoms integral by treatment (8.0±2.0) to (4.0±0.94), the symptom integral significant difference before and after treatment (P<0.05); And Chinese medicine treatment group after treatment of integral compared with the blank control group, rhGH treatment, symptoms integral improved obviously, more statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginseng turtle feed particles has obvious growth-promoting effect of children with idiopathic dwarfism,and it can improve appetite, change the symptoms such as complexion and sparse hair, abnormal defecate, have significant effects. |
