The Clinical Study Of The Influence Of WD-3 Combined With CIK On T Lymphocyte Subsets And Quality Of Life Of Ⅲ、Ⅳ Period Of Colorectal Cancer

Object:The purpose of this study is to let patients get the maximum benefit by comparing the difference between the treatment group and the control group on the main clinical symptoms,T lymphocyte subsets,quality of life,Karnofsky score,tumor size,weight,overall efficacy and safety index such as blood analysis,urinalysis,stool analysis,liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.20 in the group of WD-3 combined with CIK,20 in the group of CDC only. They were observed for three months with the main clinical symptoms,T lymphocyte subsets,quality of life,Karnofsky score,tumor size,weight and overall efficacy, and referred to the traditional evaluating indexes of clinical efficiency and safety.Results:Received CDC only and CIK plus WD-3 all can improve patient’s strength and immune function(P< 0.05).Patients received CIK added on WD-3 displayed more effectively on relieving clinical symptoms and improving quality of life. (P<0.01)Conclusion:WD-3 comnined with CIK can maximizely improve patient’s immune function.Their physical conditions also have significantly improved and their clinical symptoms are significantly alleviated.It can also reduce tumor markers to prevent tumor from increasing and relapsing in some extent.At the same time,it has few side effects. WD-3 combined with CIK can Significantly improve the quality of life of patients with advanced colorectal cancer,it deserves spreading.
