| Objective: This research aims to find an effective treatment and diagnosis for the tubal factor infertility (TFI) patients. Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to treat the TFI patients, and the main decoction is Tongguan decoction. Observing and evaluating therapeutic effect of Tongguan decoction through Chinese medicine symptom complex score and 4D-HyCoSy. Hope that through the clinical research to provide patients with effective treatment.Methods: 46 TFI patients were collected, and all of them were in accordance with the inclusive criteria. All candidates were taken the Tongguan decoction for 3 months. Specific way of taking Tongguan decoction: 1 pay decoction every day, eat three months, menstrual period do not take medicine, temporary contraception during treatment. Then the Chinese medicine symptom complex score and 4D-HyCoSy were observed respectively before and 3 months after treatment.Results:The cure rate was 32.61% and the total effective rate was 76.09% after treatment with Tongguan decoction for 3 months. After 1 month of therapy, there was a distinct improvement in the patient’s symptoms, and the patient’s symptoms substantial improved after 3 months.The tubal patency of TFI patients were improved after 3 months treatment. The curative effect og Tongguan decoction has no relationship with infertility period, pelvic inflammatory disease, miscarriage, abortion times, or the patient’s age by statistics analysis.Conclusion:Tongguan decoction has obvious curative effect, which can significantly improve the patient’s symptoms.4D-HyCoSy has more advantages in evaluating the tubal patency. It’s simple and easy to make Tongguan decoction and do 4D-HyCoSy,which has no obvious side effects. So this treatment and exam can be widely applied in the diagnosis and treatment of tubal factor infertility. |
