Purpose:Through the regional lepomeningeal score, discussion of the association of the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke and the degree of compensatory of collateral circulation. Methods:We collected the sixt patient withy M1 segment of middle cerebral artery occlusion which in January 2014-September 2014 occupancy of Neurology, First Affiliated Hospitalof Dalian Medical University.Patients which admitted to hospital within 48 hours and 14±1 days do the brain computed tomography angiography(CTA)examination, snd assessment the admission NIHSS score and admission r LMC score. After the patient leaving the hospita,we continued to assessment the m RS and NIHSS score at 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.Results:1 Hypertension, admission glucose and admission NIHSS score between A and B groups was statistically significant(P <0.05 or P <0.01).2 Factor analysis about the prognosis of patients with acute ischemic strok(1) Hypertension, admission NIHSS score and admission r LMC score was associated with long-term prognos of patients with M1 segment of middle cerebral artery occlusion the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).(2)Hypertension and admission r LMC score was factors which could predict long-term prognose of patients with M1 segment of middle cerebral artery occlusion :hypertension(OR = 7.973), the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);admission r LMC score(OR = 0.463), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3) Admission r LMC score was associated with the m RS and NIHSS scores at 30 days,60 days, 90 days of discharged patients.3 Impact of urinary kallidinogenase and prognosis of patients with acute ischemic stroke(1) The r LMC scores in C and D group was statistically significant between before and after treatment(P<0.05);the NIHSS scores in C and D group was not statistically significant between before and after treatment(P>0.05).(2) The m RS score about discharged patients at 90 days in C and D groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the m RS score at 30 days and 60 days in C and D groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1 Hypertension, high blood glucose on admisson in patients with M1 occlusio could affect the degree of early compensatory collateral circulation. The better the degree of early compensatory collateral circulation, the lower the admission NIHSS score.2 Hypertension and admission r LMC score was the factor which could impact the long-term prognosis of patients. Hypertension was a risk factor and admission r LMC score was a protective factor. The more patients with acute ischemic stroke had compensatory of collateral circulation, the better the neurologic recovery and prognosis at 30 days was than patients with poor collateral circulation.3 Urinary kallidinogenase could open leptomeningeal collateral circulation effec- tively in patients with cerebral infarction, and it could have a better impact on long-term prognosis.
