Analysis Of Related Factors Of Postoperative Pancreatic Fistula Of Pancreatic Tumor

Objective:With the continuous improvement of technology and research on the basis of the pancreas, pancreatic neoplasms postoperative mortality is declining, but the occurrence of pancreatic cancer postoperative complications is still high, pancreatic fistula is one of the most important and serious complications of postoperative pancreatic tumor, this study intends to find out the related factors of postoperative pancreatic fistula for pancreatic tumor.Methods:A total of131cases of pancreatic cancer patients were affiliated to the second affiliated hospital of Zhejiang University school of medicine from2010January to2014in two to May in pancreatoduodenectomy for analysis, the patients were divided into pancreatic fistula group and no pancreatic fistula,14cases of pancreas fistula group, group of117patients without pancreatic fistula Through the collection of patient age (years), gender, weight loss, underlying diseases, history of upper abdominal surgery, total bilirubin (mol/L), alanine aminotransferase (u/L), preoperative albumin (g/L), total protein (g/L) before operation, preoperative anemia (Hb<110g/1), texture of pancreas, pancreatic duct diameter pancreatic enteric anastomosis, operation time (H), jaundice, tumor, lymph node metastasis before operation. Through the SPSS software to analyze the factors associated with the occurrence of pancreatic fistula single factor analysis showed that the risk factors (P<0.05), the single factor analysis and P<0.05variables into a multivariate logistic regression analysis. P<0.05believes that the difference has statistical significance, the risk factors.Results:univariate analysis showed that risk factors of anemia, Preoperative biliary drainage, hyperbilirubinemia, texture of pancreas, anastomosis, surgery for pancreatic fistula, through multi factor Logistic analysis showed that the texture of pancreas and anastomosis were independent risk factors.Conclusion:there are many influencing factors of pancreatic fistula after resection of pancreatic tumors, pancreatic texture hard and binding pancreaticojejunostomy can significantly reduce the occurrence of pancreatic fistula.
