Objective: Through the retrospectively summary of the clinicalinformation on500patients of endometrial carcinoma,in the SecondHospital of JiLin University. Analysed the related risk factors of thedifferent stages endometrial carcinoma, providing clinical assistance forpatients,Prognosis,to improve the survival rate and the quality of life. Methods: Choosed500cases of endometrial carcinoma fromJanuary2004to December2009in the Second Hospital of JilinUniversity. Divided into two groups based on clinical staging:the earlygroup (Ⅰ-Ⅱstage of endometrial carcinoma),the later group (Ⅲ-Ⅳstageof endometrial carcinoma).Recording the general situation、 medicalhistory、the results of Assay、treatment、pathological findings and thefollow-up data of all patients,Making an Excel database.Analyzed theprognostic factors of the different stages patients.By SPSS17.0statistical software to do statistical analysis,Usingthe Kaplan-Meier method to calculate the survival rate, described thesurvival curves,Log-rank test to make univariate analysis,Cox regressionto make multivariate analysis. Other count data using χ2test,the result issignificant when p<0.05.Results:1.the average age is54.81±7.36in the500patients, the medianage is55. 2.The overall5-year survival rate is76.8%of the500patients,theearly endometrial carcinoma patients,5-year survival rate is78.3%,thelater endometrial carcinoma patients,5-year survival rate is34.8%3. In patients with early stage of endometrial carcinoma,Univariateanalysis showed that: Age、 histological type、 CA125、 FIGO、differentiation and ERPR affected on the5-year survival rate,Multivariate analysis showed that:Age、histological type、FIGO anddifferentiation affected on the5-year survival rate.4. In patients with later stage of endometrial carcinoma, Univariateanalysis showed that: Age、histological type、vascular invasion、FIGO、degree of differentiation、ERPR、accessories involvement、para-aorticlymph node metastases and adjuvant therapy affected on the5-yearsurvival rate, Multivariate analysis showed that:Age、histological type、FIGO、 degree of differentiation、 ERPR、 para-aortic lymph nodemetastasis and surgical affected on the5-year survival rate.5. Age、histological type、vascular invasion、differentiation、 ERPRand other factors could affect on prognosis, both the patients in earlystage endometrial carcinoma and later endometrial carcinoma.Conclusions:1.The women whose age≥55had the high risk to occurendometrial carcinoma than others,the5-year survival rate of theendometrial carcinoma was high,The survival rate of patients in early stage was higher than the later ones, the prognosis was better.2. Age、histological type、CA125、FIGO、differentiation and ERPRaffected on the prognosis of the early stage endometrial carcinoma, andthe age、pathological type、FIGO and differentiation were independentprognostic factors.3.Age、histological type、vascular invasion、FIGO、degree ofdifferentiation、ERPR、accessories involvement、para-aortic lymph nodemetastasis、surgical and adjuvant therapy affected on the prognosis of thelater stage endometrial carcinoma,Age、histological type、FIGO、degreeof differentiation、ERPR and para-aortic lymph node metastasis wereindependent prognostic factors.4.Age、histological type、vascular invasion、differentiation andERPR could affect on the prognosis of the early and later stage ofendometrial carcinoma, the degree of influence was difference.
