The Clinical Application Of Laparoscopy Combined With TEM In Colorectal Surgery

Object: To observe the long-term clinical effect of laparoscopy combined withTEM in colorectal surgery.Method: To study accept colon subtotal surgery80cases of slow transitconstipation and familial adenomatous polyposis patients in the Second Hospital ofJilin University from March2010to March2010, using the randomly divided intoobservation group and control group,the observation group patients receivedlaparoscopy combined with TEM operation with TEM, the control group patientsreceived laparotomy.Comparison of two groups of patients with surgery andpostoperative recovery.Result：the observation group of patients with operation time is shorter than thecontrol group〔（114.52±18.42）vs（187.69±25.85）min〕，intraoperative blood lossless than the control group〔（48.85±6.83）vs（97.34±11.83）ml〕，After three days ofgastrointestinal hormones (motilin, gastrin) content highe〔r（78.2±10.5）v（s57.5±7.9）pg/ml，（238.3±42.1）vs（158.7±25.2）pg/ml〕than the control group.GastrointestinalQuality of Life Index(GIQLI) higher than the control group after12months〔（102.7±14.5）vs（82.8±9.3）〕,Nutritional risk screening criteria (NRS) is highterthan the control group.Conclusion: The subtotal colectomy surgery for slow transit constipation and familialadenomatous polyposis in remarkable clinical curative effect for laparoscopycombined with TEM.
