Objectives: To Comparative study of semi-rigid internal fixation in thesurgical treatment of lumbar degenerative disease and the curative effect ofrigid internal fixation, selected for the surgical fixation of the clinical treatmentof lumbar diseases. Methods: Select the hospital from October2010to October2014period79cases of lumbar degenerative disease patients. These are all treated withoperation. The ISOBAR TTL semi strong dynamic internal fixation in39cases. Rigid internal fixation in the treatment of40cases (PLIF). All thepatients were followed up by Japanese Orthopaedic Association (JOA) scoreand lumbar activity (ROM). Two groups of patients with postoperative functionscore, lumbar activity were compared, the difference was statisticallysignificant P<0.05.Results: Two groups of patients all completed, the average follow-up timewas after3to5years (average3.2years). After a month, three months, sixmonths, one year, three years for follow-up and postoperative score. Low backpain was significantly improved in all patients after operation, at the end of thefollow-up patients after operation compared with the preoperative JOA scorewere improved, semirigid fixation group compared with the rigid fixationgroup after one month score and lumbar activity (ROM) had no significantdifference, after three months, six months, one year, three years follow-up scoreand ROM improved significantly, there are differencesConclusion: ISOBAR TTL semi strong dynamic internal fixationcompared with half rigid fixation group in postoperative clinical effect had nosignificant difference, after half a year there are differences. Therefore,ISOBAR TTL semi strong dynamic fixation group long-term clinical effect isbetter, the master of clinical indications, more extensive application in clinicalpractice.
