Objective:Through statistical analysis of the patients with cervicalintraepithelial neoplasia onset age, disease, clinical manifestation anddiagnosis and treatment, to explore CINII, CINII different treatment andits effect, in order to provide better guide clinical for individual treatment. Methods:In this paper, through a retrospective analysis of during January2010to October2014were approved by histologic diagnosis of CINIIand CINIII and the cervical cold knife for the treatment of taper cutting of246patients in the Bethune first hospital of Jilin University. The patientsdiagnosis CIN II are21cases, CIN III are225cases. The incidence andrelated factors, clinical characteristics, treatment methods were studied.Results:1. In246patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,217cases ofpatients with cervical liquid based cells (TCT) examination, the resultsfor ASC78cases, accounted for35.94%of the proportion of the total;Low-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions (LSIL)33cases, accountingfor15.21%of the proportion of the total. High squamous intraepitheliallesion (HSIL)85cases, accounting for39.17%of the proportion of thetotal. No exception of21cases, accounting for9.68%of the proportion ofthe total. High squamous intraepithelial lesion (HSIL) is significantly higher than other groups, compared with other groups have statisticalsignificance.2. In246patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,223cases ofpatients with high-risk type HPV (HC-2HPV DNA) examination,206cases of patients with high-risk HPV positive(92.38%),17cases of highrisk HPV negative (7.62%).High risk HPV infection is closely related tocervical intraepithelial neoplasia.3. In246patients who underwent cervical cold knife cone cutmethod childless,29cases (including5patients with unmarried),accounting for11.79%.Have baby patients195cases, accounting for79.27%.In patients with childless no difference between the proportion ofeach year.1-7times, conceived a time of3or more patient93cases,accounted for47.69%;Ranging from1to3times,37patients withproduction time of2or more, accounting for18.97%, different maternaltimes on the occurrence of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in no effect.4. In246patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN II21cases,225cases of CIN III),165cases of asymptomatic in medicalexamination found cervical lesion (67.07%);81patients with clinicalsymptoms (32.93%),70cases of sexual contact (28.46%),11cases hadsymptoms of vaginal drainage (4.47%).In different age groups havestatistical significance.5. CIN increases year by year and the trend of younger patients, patients with minimum age20, the biggest age59,mean age39.09±7.00years old, high-risk aged between36and40patients.6. Of the246patients,139cases of patients with intraoperativesuture hemostasis method,100patients by using an electrocautery unit ofblood,7cases of patients with hysteroscopy auxiliary electric coagulationhemostasis.Than with suture hemostasis methods, an electrocautery unitof blood and hysteroscopy auxiliary electric coagulation hemostasis withshorter operation time, simple operation. The advantages of less bleeding, postoperative cervical appearance is good.7.246patients in the preoperative and postoperative pathology in238cases (96.75%), preoperative and postoperative pathology is not inconformity with the8cases (3.25%),5cases of CIN II patientspostoperative pathology for CIN III,3cases of CIN-III postoperativepathology for cervical cancer patients with stage IA1, comparing the twogroups have statistical significance.Conclusion:1. High-risk type HPV infection is closely related to cervicalintraepithelial neoplasia, we should pay attention to the patient withhigh-risk type HPV infection.2. There is an upward trend in the onset of cervical intraepithelialneoplasia, and more and more people is younger.3. There is no typical clinical symptoms in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, we should test regularly the cervical of thechildbearing age women.4. Cold knife conization is the preferred treatment of childbearingage women with Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia.
