Objective:To explore the relationship between non-alcoholic fatty liver diseaseprevalence, influencing factors and related diseases, in order to providebasic information for the early detection and prevention of non-alcoholicfatty liver disease. Methods:We considered the geographical, economic, culture, populationstructure and other relevant factors, finally selected the elementsmentioned above at the middle level in Dehui city of Jilin province forthe epidemiological investigation place of non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease. We use convenient sampling method of sampling investigation, and carry on the it to the residents whose ages are morethan18years old of51neighborhood committees, including questionnaire (habit in daily life, style), demographiccharacteristics (height, weight, waist),the blood test (liver function, bloodlipid, fasting blood glucose, uric acid) and liver real-time B typeultrasound, and refer to the revised edition in2010《Chinesenon-alcoholic fatty liver disease treatment guidelines》.According to different data,we use Chi-square test, t test, analysis of variance.Resultsare statistical analysised by the SPSS21.0software,the related riskfactors by Logistic regression analysis. Results:There are1393adults who completed the survey and data integrity, including male604, female789, B type ultrasonic detected797cases of fatty liver, and no fatty liver in total of596people.The positive markers of fatty liver associated with hepatitis B, hepatitis C virus pathogens is a total of30people,consistening with non-alcoholicfatty liver disease diagnosis standard is a total of620.Except for viral hepatitis is a total of1363people, the results suggest that non-alcoholic fatty liver disease prevalence rate is44.5%. Male and female’s prevalence rates are40.7%and47.1%, there is significant difference between genders (P <0.05). The investigation object in under30years of age,31-40years,41-50years,51-60years old,60years after, the proportion of them are57.1%,35.7%,46.5%,45%,44.6%.Farmers, workers, cadres, cadres, teachers and scientific researchers, enterprises and institutions, individual operators, other occupation of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease prevalence rates are38.3%,51%,47.1%,42.9%,41.9%,49.3%,56.1%. Body mass index: underweight、normal range、overweight、 mild obesity、 severe obesity、 the prevalence rates of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease are3.7%,13.9%,45.1 %,65.4%,79.8%.According to the B type ultrasonic examination results, fatty liver can be divided into mild, moderate, severe, there is a certain correlation in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease between differentdegrees in the hematological indexes and chronic diseases, there differences are significant (P <0.05).The patients who have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease:the prevalence rates of elevated fasting glucoseand diabetes, hypertensionn, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, central obesity, metabolic syndrome are36.9%,55.6%,81.5%,20.0%,72.9%,58.1%, higher than in non fatty liver group, the differenc is significant (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis shows that non-alcoholic fatty liver disease prevalence is associated with occupation, BMI, central obesity, dyslipidemia and smoking.Conclusion:1.The survey results show that non-alcoholic fatty liverdisease prevalence rate is44.5%.The prevalence rate is high.Obviouslyhigher than15.9%in2007.2.The proportion of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is higher in female than in male;different occupation prevalence from low tohigh is farmers, enterprises and institutions, science and technology personnel, cadres, workers, individual operators, other occupation.3.BMI is correlated with the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, its prevalence rate is increased with BMI. 4.People who have non-alcoholic fatty liver disease in the crowd, their elevated fasting glucose and diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, hyperuricemia, centralobesity, metabolic syndrome and other chronicdisease prevalence rates are increased. The prevalence rate of non-alcoholic fatty liver and related chronicdisease are different, biochemical indexes are different between differentdegrees of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
