Objective:Explore its relationship with invasion and metastasis in colorectal P53andhMSH2expression, looking both colorectal cancer occurrence, development, invasionand metastasis of objective indicators and possible mechanisms.Methods:Collect2012-01to2014-12, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Jilin University inresected colorectal paraffin, using immunohistochemical SP method (streptavidinavidin-peroxidase immunohistochemistry) to detect pathological confirmed50casesof colorectal cancer tissues and50cases of adjacent normal tissues and hMSH2expression of P53, the data results using SPSS21.0statistical software for statisticalanalysis, correlation analysis both by spearman rank correlation analysis method, while according to the patient’s follow-up data, calculate the survival time, comprehensive analysis and comparison of both clinical stage and colorectal cancer, histological grade, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis and the relationshipbetween prognosis and explore its clinical significance. Results: hMSH2protein in high miss rate, the positive rate of poorly differentiatedadenocarcinoma group was respectively89.5%,56.3%,40.0%, with lower expressionof differentiation hMSH2worse, there was a significant difference (P <0.05). hMLH2protein deletion rate and histological grade, but not with sex, age, tumor location, lymph node metastasis, TNM stage were not related (P>0.05).p53in high positive rate of poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma group wasrespectively78.9%,43.8%,33.3%, in the well-differentiated adenocarcinoma, thepositive rate was significantly higher than in poorly differentiated adenocarcinomagroup, there were significant difference (P <0.05), but in no significant difference (Pbetween poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma>0.05);35.0%and66.7%respectivelyin T1~T2and T3~T4, in the absence of positive lymph node metastasis wassignificantly higher than with lymph node metastasis were86.4%and28.6%, significant differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); independent of theirprotein expression and patient’s age, sex, tumor location, N stage and M stage (P>0.05).Conclusions:1.p53protein present in colorectal cancer is highly expressed in the state, the expression ofthe primary tumor lesions was54%, significantly higher than normal colorectal mucosa.2. P53expression in colorectal cancer and the extent of differentiation between Tstage and lymph node metastasis was statistically significant (P <0.05). Not foundwith sex, age, tumor location, tumor size, histological type and distant metastasis wasstatistically significant (P>0.05).3. In colorectal cancer, wrong mismatch repair gene hMSH2protein expressionis reduced, hMSH2protein deficient tumor T stage and degree of differentiation, butnot with sex, age, tumor location, lymph node metastasis, N stage and M stage werenot related, but there is a certain correlation (P <0.05) and histological grade.4. In colorectal cancer, hMSH2and p53protein expression was no significantcorrelation (P>0.05).
