Clinical Research On Compound Gel Of Difuzi Extract Combined WithCard Berth Triol Ointment In The Treatment Of Common Psoriasis

Objective:To provide safe and effective treatment methods for the clinical treatment of Common psoriasis,this paper will observer compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract with card berth triol ointment in the treatment of Common psoriasis efficacy and safety.Methods:90Common psoriasis patients were randomly divided into three groups, each group30cases.Combination therapy group were given the compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract and card berth triol ointment;compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract group were given the compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract;card berth triol ointment group were given card berth triol ointment therapy, two times a dayfor three therapies,.After treatment of every therapy,we would analyzed curative effect through Erythema, infiltration, scales, itching, skin lesion area,water content of Stratum corneum,PASI and DLQI scores.And at end of treatment,adverse reactions and relaps were also analyzed.by SPSS17.0.Results:In the treatment of3weeks, it had statistically significant comparing the curative effect difference with that before treatment for all the three groups(P<0.05).Combination therapy group had statistically significant combined with card berth triol ointment group and compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract group(P<0.05). group in the curative effect difference(P<0.05). Other,card berth triol ointment group and compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract had no statistically significant (P>0.05).After4weeks,the three groups were better of that before curing(P<0.05).Combination therapy group had statistically significant combined with the other two groups in the curative effect and PASI score(P<0.05). Other,the other two groups had no statistically significant (P>0.05). After4weeks,it had statistically significant comparing the PASI and DLQI difference with that before treatment for all the three groups.combination therapy group had statistically significant combined with card berth triol ointment group and compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract group in the PASI and DLQI scores difference(P<0.05). Other,the other two groups had no statistically significant (P>0.05); water content of Stratum corneum of combination therapy group had statistically significant combined with the other two groups,and the other two groups had statistically significant,too(P><0.01).The recurrence rate difference had no statistically significant for three groups(p>0.05) in thirty days,but had big difference in sixty days(p<0.01).Conclusion:the curative effect of combined therapy was superior to the pure cure of card berth triol ointment group and compound gel of Di-fu-zi extract group,and no obvious side effects,low recurrence rate.it is worth clinical promotion.
