Genetic Polymorphisms Of Lin28B And Association Study In Chinase Girls With Central Precocious Puberty

Adolescence is a period of transition from juvenile to adult, that is a period of appear to the mature of the sexual characteristic and the perfect physical development. Precocious puberty is the abnormal growth and development of disease which appeared before the specific age limits of boys and girls during the pubertal development. China’s definition of precocious puberty is the appearance of the phenomenon of pubertal development before8-year-old girls and9-year-old boys. Lin28B is a highly conserved RNA-binding protein, which is the micro-RNA regulated protein. In2010,the papers of the journal ((Nature Genetics)) said Lin28B genes are female precocious susceptibility genes by massive queues and high-density chip analysis. It’s not clear that whether Lin28B relate to precocious puberty in Chinese population.Firstly, the topic selected201samples of patients with precocious puberty and198normal population respectively. Then we typed7polymorphic sites of Lin28B gene by PCR-LDR. At last we calculated the distribution of the haplotype’s frequency and polymorphic sites. The purpose of our study is find the sites associated with precocious puberty. And our study can help explore the essential cause of the precocious puberty.This study finds there is a significant correlation between rs314276C/A,rs369065T/C and precocious puberty. And gene locus rs314263,rs314276and rs369065is significantly related to precocious puberty,also there is a significant correlation between Lin28B-ACCT, Lin28B-GTCC,Lin28B-GTTCand recocious puberty, Lin28B gene5’end carry haplotype GTTC is1.793times in incidence of sexual precocity (greater than1), shows that female carry the haplotype is relative risk in Precocious puberty. These findings help us understand the role of Lin28B genes in startup Sexual development process,also lay the foundation in genetic diagnosis of central precocious puberty woman and study Lin28B function.
