Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Mongolian Medicine Gamuzhuer on wound healing rats through establishing rat traumatic defect models and testing interleukin-1β in rat wounded skin.Method:72Wistar rats were randomly divided into Mongolian Medicine group, Yunnan Baiyao group, model control group and blank control group,18rats each group. Except the blank control group, other groups’rats were used to establish traumatic defect models. The Mongolian Medicine group was treated with Gamuzhuer, the Yunnan Baiyao group was treated with Yunnan Baiyao, and the model control group was given nothing. After the1,3,5,7,9,14th days of modeling, the rats were killed and ELISA was acted to observe the interleukin-1β content of the wound helling rats, factors would be calculated for each treatment rate of wound healing, wound be generally observed and take local tissue trauma defects, which was made of conventional biopsy, light microscopy wound granulation tissue morphology.Results:1. Gamuzhuer on postoperative levels of IL-1β skin injury tissue at different time ELISA detection showed that compared with the blank control group rats, cytokines in rat tissue damage of Mongolian medicine group, Yunnan Baiyao group and model control group after tissue damage of IL-1β expression, each time point was rising trend, lth day began to rise,3th day reached a peak, after that it started to decline slowly. Compared with the blank control group rats, except the postoperative14d, expression in rat tissue injury model control group of IL-1β were significantly increased (p<0.01). Compared with the model control group, except the postoperative14d, Mongolian Medicine group and Yunnan Baiyao group had the expression in the other rats in different time in injured tissue of IL-1β is significantly lower (p<0.05or p<0.01). Compared with Yunnan Baiyao group,3d,5d,7d,9d expression in rats with injury of Mongolian medicine group of IL-1β was significantly lower (p<0.05). The difference between the14d expression after the rats in injured tissue of IL-1β had no significant (p>0.05).2. Mongolian Medicine group meant that postoperative wound healing was significantly higher than the Yunnan Baiyao group and model control group (p<0.05or p<0.01).3. Wound general observation Mongolian Medicine group made the wound bed surface scab form scabs faster then the Yunnan Baiyao group and model control group, under bright ambient granulation tissue formation and wound epithelialization significantly with the model control group, the wound area shrink significantly.4. Pathological showed that Mongolian medicine group made inflammatory cells be obviously reduced, compared with the Yunnan Baiyao group and model control group. After the3,5,7,9th days of modeling, the formation of granulation tissue was faster, healing of skin wounds was also faster. Rat at each time point showed an upward trend which began to increase after the first day; after the first three days, it reached a peak after the start of a slow decline.Conclusion:1. The Mongolian Medicine Gamuzhuer inhibited interleukin-1β of wound tissue, thereby it promotes regeneration and repairs the wounded tissue.2. Mongolian Medicine Gamuzhuer can significantly shorten the healing time of wound tissue.
