Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes of intraoperative radiotherapy combinedwith partial cystectomy and Radical cystectomy for the treatment of invasive bladdercancer. Methods:Retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of114patients with primaryinvasive bladder cancer.According to the different surgery methods, the patients weredivided into three groups:partial cystectomy group(Group A,n=36), intraoperativeradiotherapy group (Group B, n=35), Radical cystectomy group(Group C,n=43).Respectively for the I group and A group, B and C group carried out a statistical analysison the two groups of patient’s age, gender, clinical staging of tumor, pathologyclassification, average operative time, amount of bleeding during operation, the hospitalstay, tumor recurrence following surgery and5years of survival rate.Using SPSS19.0statistical software for processing, measurement data using mean±standard deviation, saidto take t test measurement data, categorical data take the X2test, with P <0.05for thedifference was statistically significant. Results: All3groups of Operation were completed successfully. In group Acompared with group B, in gender, age, clinical stage, pathological grading, intraoperativeblood loss, hospitalization days, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05),the operation time, tumor recurrence and survival rate in5years, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05); In group C and group B, in gender, age, clinical stage, pathological grade, tumor recurrence and survival rate in5years, there was no statisticallysignificant difference (P>0.05), the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusions:The experiment of intraoperative radiotherapy group in the treatment ofinvasive bladder cancer tumor recurrence rate and five-year survival rates are similar to effect radical cystectomy group, is superior to partial cystectomy group, and the surgicaltrauma and postoperative recovery was similar to partial cystectomy group, is a feasibleway of treatment of invasive bladder cancer in addition to the radical cystectomy.
