Analyses Of Drug-prescription-symptom-syndrome Of Si-ni-san Syndrome

Purpose:This paper mainly Analysis the drug composition of si-ni-san,the symptom andpathogenesis of Si-ni-san syndrome in "Shang-han-lun".By difine the drug and indications,return to Zhongjing’s original intention，improve the clinical application level of Si-ni-san.Method and substance:This paper make a Si-ni-san and Si-ni-san syndrome study onaspects of prescription symptom and drug symptom through literature.It is divided into twoparts of feasibility study and substantive research.In the first part, we mainly demonstrate thefeasibility and applicability of medicine and prescription analysis and determine the referenceversion of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" we study.In the second part, we analyses medicineand prescription of Si-ni-san.Firstly，we analyses prescription name, dosage, dosage form,direction and educe the refrencial location character.Secondly，we analyses drugs in thisprescription at length.We ascertain these drugs’indiction by putting emphasis on thedefinition of authentic ingredients，decoction pieces used clinically，fuction ananlysis in"Sheng Nong’s herbal classic"，development by latter generations，applied rules inprescription to ascertain the indiction of Si-ni-san.Thirdly，we analyses the character which isadjusted based on the prescription according to the different condition to discuss theproperties of primary symptom，the applied rules of Si-ni-san and its extensional descritionsto outspread Si-ni-san indiction and famous prescription of latter generations prolongatedfrom Si-ni-san to find drug rules，target and its relationship to Si-ni-san.Finally，we ascertainthe symptom and pathogenesis of Si-ni-san syndrome according to analyses the drugs andprescriptions. Conclusion:1.The name of Si-ni-san is supposed to be "Hui-ni-san".2.The drug Zhongjing select are supposed to be Bupleurum Chinense DC. Paeonia obovataMaxim. Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch. Poncirus trifoliata (L.) Raf.3.The decoction pieces of drug we select are supposed to be raw northern bupleurum root，raw unoeeled root of herbaceous peony，fried licorice root，fried bitter orange.4.Si-ni-san syndrome should be targeted at fullness in the chest and hypochondrium withconvulsion,cold clammy limbs and so on,and the symptom should be excluded is fullnesssensation in the chest, diarrheal and angina of cold syndrome.5.Si-ni-san syndrome is shaoyang disease and the functional ativity of qi is abnormal.
