Objective:To assess bone age is dependent on bone age standards. Scoring method and Atlas method of bone age evaluation criteria have advantages and disadvantages in use, if the combination of both methods can make the results more accurate. China’s national industry standard for China is only scoring method, there is no Atlas method, reducing accuracy. CHN05bone age atlas standard provides easy selection of athletes for sports teams, sports and other areas of scientific research, provides a more accurate method of assessing bone age in Junior Age Group Competition and Forensic Sciences with CHN05scoring. CHN05bone age atlas standard meet the actual needs for evaluating of biological age with bone age.Methods:In this paper, using convenience sampling method to select qualified bone age X-ray films from all over the6to19year old man in20,926children and adolescents, using CHN05scoring method to determine bone age and grouping with every0.1years old. These130teams divided into two experimental groups. Experimental group1:Take all the points0and point5team develope the atlas standard for6~18years old, take point0Group develope the atlas standard for19-year-old. Experimental group2:Take all10to18-year-old piece of bone age group for the study, looking for bone age of adolescent growth spurt, looking for bone age began to appear in the first emission.Conclusions:1. Normal children and adolescents to determine bone age using average method and Illustration method. Atlas standard is the best way to evaluate the wrist bone age for ill children, ill children and adolescents to determine bone age using average method, legend method and combing method.2. From the bone age of11.7years male children begin to enter their growth spurt period, from the bone age of15.0years male children’s growth spurt period end, and their emission appears for the first time before and after this period. Male children and adolescents from entering their growth spurt period to the end of the age difference3.3.3. Differences in the two countries from6to19years old boy wrist bone epiphyseal growth levels of development, the maximum age gap between bone age6, especially in the development of ulnar epiphysis. Differences between Chinese and the American boys’developmental level have nothing to do with the growth of the bone itself, but because of the evaluation criteria affected by sample source. Ethnic, economic, political, lifestyle, diet, health and other aspects of the external environment, result in a large gap between the children from China and USA.4. By contrast CHN05and CHN05atlas maps found that the growth and development of children and adolescents at this stage than the eighties of last century ahead of children and adolescents, which is due in a period of rapid development of China’s economy, politics, culture and people’s living standards, the growth of children and adolescents accelerated development, making bone age advance long-term trend is bone age affect the results.
