Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristic, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of malignant ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors.Methods:We collect the clinical records and follow-up of101treated who was treated in during May1998to August2013.Then review and analyze their prognosis and quality of life after treatment.Results:The onset-age of malignant ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors was in the range of8to78. The median age was47.50.The main initial symptom were vaginal bleeding, the others are pelvic mass,abdominal pain and amenorrhea.24patients (23.76%) performed conservative surgery to retain fertility includes13patients with stage la and llpatients with stage Ic.99patients are diagnosed as stage I and26.67%of patients with endometrial lesions,4%of endometrial carcinoma.All lymphadenectomy caught no transfer.44patient receive postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy.Follow-up of69patients were alive, inside one patient relapsed, and underwent tumor debulking surgery.Conclusion:Malignant ovarian sex cord-stromal tumors generally occured in perimenopausal with stage Ⅰ.The vast majority of the patients were pure or mixed granulosa cell tumor with an overall favorable prognosis. For low-risk stage Ⅰ lymphadenectomy may be omitted. Young patients who choose fertility-sparing recommended to perform endometrial curettage or biopsy.
