Study On The Clinical Effect Of Ilio-lumbar Fixation In Treating Denis Ⅱ Type Sacrum Fracture

Objective:TO evaluate the iliolumbar fixation treatment of sacral fractures in Denis Ⅱ.Method:A retrospective analysis of2008January to January2012using86Denis Ⅱ iliolumbar fixation in the treatment of the patients, male57cases, female31cases; age17-55years old, the average age is39years old. Patients were followed up for24to71months, according to Mears imaging evaluation standard, Maieed standard clinical function evaluation to evaluate its curative effect.Result:Anatomical reduction of the fracture in52cases, satisfactory in29cases,5cases unsatisfactory. There were5cases of nonunion, bone graft healed during the first half of the year. According to Gobbons, the neurological function score. The mean preoperative score was3.4points after operation. The average score is1.2points. According to the evaluation of clinical function of Maieed standard, after the treatment was excellent in63cases, good in20cases,3cases, poor in0cases. The main complications included:1cases of deep lumbosacral wound infection, wound dressing, after debridement, antibiotic, supportive therapy to cure. The iliac crest of nail tail excessive protrusion in8cases, cured after removing internal fixation.Conclusion:The iliolumbar fixation in the treatment of Denis Ⅱ sacrum fracture curative effect is good, is worth the clinical promotion.
