Objectives To explore the therapeutic effect of nicorandil on the angina frequency,ECG changes, inflammatory markers, exercise tolerance and myocardial perfusionimaging of stable coronary artery disease patients on the basis of the usual therapy, and toevaluate the effect of nicorandil on the myocardial perfusion. Methods we collect datasof107patients in the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’s Hospital,Departmentof Cardiology, from June2013to December2013.107patients (60.96±12.47years,68male)were diagnosed stable coronary artery disease through the Coronary angiographyexamination. The all patients were gived anti-platelet aggregation, anti-angina,lipid-lowering drug therapy, but no nicorandil for three months by2013ESC aboutunstable angina treatment guidelines.Three months later,we record the all patients dataabout angina frequency, ECG, hs-CRP,6-minute walk test and ECT.They were randomlygrouped into two groups respectively control group (52patients)and experimentalgroup(55patients). The control group still recived tha same drug for three months with nonicorandil, when the experimental group are gived nicorandil5mg,three times one day onthe basis of the reguler drugs.Following them for three months to observe the results aboutangina frequency, ECG, hs-CRP,6-minute walk test and ECT. Results After three monthsflowing,Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS.The angina frequency and the levelof hs-CRP were reduced conspicuously among the two groups, and then compared betweenthe two groups, the experimental group was lower than the control group. The data hasstatistically significant difference (P <0.05). The therapeutic effect and the ECGtherapeutic effect had a conspicuous change, especially in the experimental group.6MWTin the experimental group has a big progress. Exercise tolerance increase,The data hasstatistically significant difference (P <0.05).SPECT results show the experimental groupreflective defect scope decreased significantly than before. The data has statistically significant difference (P <0.05).The myocardial perfusion increase, and Myocardialischemia improve significantly. Conclusion Nicorandil can effectively reduce the numberof attacks of angina pectoris stability, decreased serum levels of hs-CRP, increasedexercise tolerance, improve the stability of the clinical symptoms of coronary heartdisease.
