Objective:To investigate the influence of the pharmaceutical care in our hospitalUygur patients with schizophrenia treatment effect, the establishment of the hospitalpharmacy service mode of Uygur schizophrenia patients. Methods:1) the establishment ofthe hospital pharmacy service mode of Uygur schizophrenia patients, the pharmacyservice is divided into two stages. The first stage for hospital pharmacy service to patients,second stages of follow-up service for discharged patients. The provisions of theprogramme of work of clinical pharmacists and specific pharmacy service method,for thewhole pharmaceutical care and medication education according to different stages ofhospitalization, to form a Uyghur spiritual specification schizophrenic patients ofpharmacy service program, as for complementary beneficial, the necessary clinical path.The establishment of pharmaceutical follow-up plan in Uygur patients with schizophreniaafter discharge from the hospital, to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of drug use, canbe used as the Uighur community schizophrenia patients pharmacy service reference.2)with randomized, controlled trials, to meet the condition of entering the group of Uighursin patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into experiment group and controlgroup. Through the study of treatment effect (BPRS score, PANSS score), adverse drugreactions, the incidence of patient satisfaction with pharmacy services and other indicators,evaluation of effect of split pharmaceutical service path on the group meets the conditionsof the Uyghur spiritual patients treatment effect;3) establishing follow-up plan I wasdischarged from the hospital pharmacy in hospital patients, to carry out pharmaceuticalfollow-up professional services to patients after discharge from hospital. Through theinvestigation of patients with medication compliance, patient satisfaction, patient referralrate index evaluation of pharmaceutical follow-up service of the Uygur patients withschizophrenia after discharge to intervention therapy. Results:compared with controlgroup, test group hospital drug patients (BPRS score, PANSS score) had significantdifference (P <0.05); adverse drug reaction rate was significant difference (P <0.05);patients on pharmaceutical service satisfaction had a significant difference (P < 0.05);compared with control group, the test group was there is a significant differencebetween the patients with medication compliance (P <0.05);return rate had significantdifference (P>0.05);there were significant differences in the degree of satisfaction ofpatients (P <0.05). Conclusion:This paper creates for the school Uygur schizophreniapharmacy service pattern in patients with schizophrenia, established the Uygurpharmaceutical service path and post discharge follow-up work norms, the pharmaceuticalservice mode is helpful to improve the effect of pharmacotherapy and patient satisfaction,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reaction rate and the rate of referral, prompting thepharmacy service to carry out the work of standardization, the Uygur patients withschizophrenia has extremelyimportant significance.
