In this paper, our aim is to construct amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) network model in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HBV or HCV infection)(HCC) using biocomputation. The data in this paper is based on the GEO data set GSE10140-10141includingmicroarrays6,144genes from25no-tumor hepatitis/cirrhotic tissues and25HCC patients. We studied225significant high expression (fold change≥2) molecules in HCC compared with no-tumor hepatitis/cirrhotic tissues (HBV or HCV infection)using significant analysis of microarrays (SAM)(http://www-stat.stanford.edu/-tibs/SAM/). We constructed5amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) network models in human hepatocellular carcinoma (HBV or HCV infection) as belows:activated amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) coupling upstream regulation of progression through cell cycle inhibition to Wnt signal and calcium into cytosol to microtubule polymerization-induced regulation of angiogenesis network by BUB IB, PLA2G1B, MAPT, PROK1, LEF1; activated AMELY coupling upstream calcium, vitamin A, insulin, estrogen to DNA replication-induced cell proliferation network by PLA2G1B, RRM2, GRM1, NOTCH3, PTHR2, TSHB, NQO1, BUB1B, UBE2C, TCAP, REG3A; activated amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) coupling downstream regulation of phosphorylation inhibition to EGFR, ATPase and calcium signal to endocytosis-induced positive regulation of cell migration network by CDH13, CDKN2C, MYH6; activated amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) coupling downstream low density, Rac and Rho signal and nucleocytoplasmic transport to cytokinesis, spindle checkpoint and DNA damage protein phosphorylation-induced keratinocyte proliferation network by BIRC5, MAP2K6, CAMK1, CDH13; Inhibited amelogenin Y-linked (AMELY) coupling downstream oxidative stress-mediated peptidyl-tyrosine sulfation to Rho and MAPK signal to mannose and polysaccharide metabolism-induced cell maturation network in no-tumor hepatitis/cirrhotic tissues (HBV or HCV infection). In the end we used the GRNInfer and Gvedit tool to illustrate our results.
