Objective:To explore the risk factors of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT) in patients undergoing gynaecological surgery. Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on7cases of Clinical data, the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in January2006to November2013of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) patients undergoing gynaecological surgery. To explore the risk factors prevention measures, and treatments.Results:(1) The incidence of post-operative DVT was0.08%in women with gynaecological disease;Median age is45years(IQR32-54), the incidence of post-operative DVT between30to40years old was0.10%,age between40to50was0.13%,and above50years old was0.19%;(2)0.42%of the post-operative deep vein thrombosis (DVT) occurred in women with gynaecological malignancy and0.01%with benign disease;(3) All the7patients were underwent abdominal operation and general anesthesia,1cases were after myomectomy, and operative time was5.5hours, the other6malignant tumor patients underwent pelvic lymphadenectomy, operative time was (6.25±1.4) hours;(4)6cases in the7patients with BMI index greater than23.(5) Before the surgery2(28.5%)cases with anemia;(6)1(14.3%) cases with type2diabetes mellitus;(7)4(57.1%) patients with blood transfusion during and after operation;(8) Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy in2(28.5%) patients.(2)In these7patients,the shortest time of significant clinical manifestation appeared was6days after the opration, the longest time was64days.Except for the loss of1case,suddenly appeared dyspnea, consciousness, was considering the massive pulmonary embolism, death after positive rescue in the7th days after the operation, the remaining6cases were cured after anticoagulation treatments, inferior vena cava filter were placement in2of the cases. Conclusion:Old age, obesity, malignant tumor, operation time, blood transfusion, combined with the Department of internal medicine disease are risk factors for the postoperation DVT patients.Prevention is more important than treatment.Preventive measures should be taken in high risk patients before and after operation. Early discovery, early treatment. But for the best medicines, preventive medicine methods and the use of time still need further research.
