Objective: To explore high-sensitivity cardiac troponin T in early detection of acute myocardial infarction by meta-analysis. To evaluate thetimeliness of high-sensitivity troponin T for early diagnosis of AMI,and compared with other markers of myocardial injury. Methods:Thedatabases such as PubMed, Cochrane library, EMBASE, WanFang Data,Wei Pu Data and CNKI from2000to2013years were searched to ga-ther studies which contrasting high sensitivity cardiac troponin T in ear-ly detection with acute myocardial infarction. We adopted sensitivity(Sen), specificity(Spe), positive likelihood ratio(PLR),negative likelihoodratio(NLR), diagnostic odds ratio(DOR) and Area Under The Curve (AUC) and Q*index as measurement index. Use the software of Meta di-sc1.4for meta-analyses and systematic review. Results:Thirteen studieswere cooptation, including seven in English and six in Chinese. Metaanalysis showed that the Sen, Spe, PLR, NLR, DOR, AUC of SROCand Q*index in AMI patients with chest pain0to3hour were0.86,0.81,3.98,0.18,22.78,0.8750,0.8055; and in AMI patients with chestpain0to6hour were0.87,0.79,5.55,0.17,37.28,0.9276,0.8622;and in AMI patients with chest pain0to12hour were0.89,0.78,4.53,0.15,36.72,0.9347,0.8708. In comparison with other markers of my ocardial injury, hs-cTnT was better than CK-MB(0to6hour) and MYO(0to3hour) in the Sen, Sep, PLR, NLR, DOR, AUC and Q*index.Conclusions: The conclusions of meta analysis concluded that: First, hs-cTnT has a high diagnostic value for Acute myocardial infarction andthe Sen, Spe, DOR and AUC of SROC were88.5percent,77.9percent,36.72,0.9349; Secondly, the Sen, Spe, DOR and AUC of SROC inAMI patients with chest pain0to3hour were0.86percent,0.81percent,22.78,0.8750. So hs-cTnT was a good indicator for early diagnosisof Acute myocardial infarction; Finally, the diagnostic value of hs-cTnT was better than CK-MB and MYO.
